I have been unable to find any string christmas lights made in the USA. If you know of any please let me know. MANY people are looking for these.

During November I researched both CFL’s (Compact Flourescent Lightbulbs) and Electric Fireplaces. I was unable to find either of these products Made in the USA.

I haven’t been able to locate stainless steel measuring cups or measuring spoons…

I have been unable to find a child’s bicycle. If anyone knows of a child’s bicycle made in the USA. Please advise as a number of consumers are looking for the Made in USA label on children’s bikes.

NOTE**** Some websites are stating that Trek makes a childs bike. They do not….. Here is their response to my inquiry on 12/21/09.
“Currently, all of our children’s bikes are produced overseas. I don’t know of any company that produces their kid’s bikes in the US except for some high-end, low-volume BMX race bike companies.”

During the last two months I’ve spent considerable time looking for a slow cooker, home size paper shredder and an umbrella. As occassionally happens, I’m disappointed.

Slow Cooker: There is simply no slow cooker that I can find “Made in the USA”. We can put it on the list of small appliances gone to China with the Toaster and Toaster Oven.

Paper Shredder: There are only two paper shredders that I can find. They are both large sizes, more for heavy duty office/business shredding. Mfg & Model: Fellowes 2200 & 3200

Umbrellas: I have been told that the frame part of the umbrellas were always made over seas. “They were too complicated for us”. What!? I couldn’t believe this response. Nevertheless, there isn’t one made here. On occassion you might find one with the covering made in the USA or printed in the USA, but there isn’t an umbrella made 100% in the USA.

I have not been able to locate these items “Made in USA”

I just discovered this site claiming to sell the Avanti T-Fal Toaster oven Made in USA. Toaster Oven When speaking with T-Fal, they stated that they DO NOT MAKE ANY ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES in the US. (more…)

I’ve been able to find domestic products for many things. However, I can’t seem to find a long rain coat made in the USA. Can anyone help me?

As of 11/29/08 the closest I can find is Filson Brand. They tell me “These are men’s. They do come in Small, which will be a Women’s medium. They are cut big, so keep that in mind. The average length is 57″.” Montana Woolen Shop It looks like all the Filson Brand is made in the USA. Some items are listed in the data base. Search
