Battery Operated Lantern
Joe is looking for a battery operated light to illuminate a small storage unit when necessary.. At first this request looked like it was going to be a piece of cake. See posts for research progress.

On a more serious note, yes I believe there are battery powered lanterns made in the USA. Here is another link I found http://www.batterymart.com/p-eveready-utility-lantern.html

Wow, I went back to research the battery operated lights thinking I would find a list of brands available. That isn’t the experience that I had. I did find a cool product and I’ve inquired to see where it was manufactured.
The product I found was a Mosquito light by ThermaCELL. ThermaCELL also has the battery operated lights, I just don’t know where they are made yet.
At this point I don’t have any other leads
